Common questions, quick answers
I forgot my password.
Click βForgot password?β on the sign-in page. A reset link lands in your inbox within a minute or two. If it doesn't, check spam first, then email us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, go to Billing, click βCancel subscription.β Access stays active until the end of your current billing period. No dark patterns, no retention funnel.
How do I add a second parent?
From the Family settings page, send a parent invite. They create an account and land in the same family workspace automatically.
How do I share with our counselor?
On any student profile, open βShareβ to generate a read-only link with the permissions you choose. Links can be revoked or time-limited from the same screen.
The AI gave a weird answer.
Occasionally it will. Screenshot it (or copy the text) and email us β we use real examples to tune the prompts and model choices, and the fix usually ships within a sprint.
Something is broken.
Sorry. Email us with a screenshot, the URL, and the student involved (if any). We triage bugs within one business day and tell you when the fix ships.
