We want families to try Diplomare with confidence. If the product isn't the right fit, here's exactly how refunds work — no hoops, no hold music.

The short version

  • Annual plans ($149/year): full refund within 7 days of the initial charge or any renewal.
  • Monthly plans ($19/month): not refundable, but you can cancel future charges any time.
  • Free plan: free forever — no billing, no refund needed.

Annual plans — 7-day refund

If you subscribe to Premium Annual and decide it's not for you, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund the full amount to the original payment method. This applies to the initial charge and to each yearly renewal — you get a fresh 7-day window every year you renew.

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are not refundable after the charge processes. You can cancel any time from the Billing page inside the app — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium access until that date. We won't charge you again after cancellation.

Pell-eligible families

If your family qualifies for a Pell Grant, Premium is on us. If you paid for Premium and then realized you were eligible, email us — we'll refund your subscription and activate a comped account. See the Pricing page for details.

Accidental duplicate charges

If you're ever charged twice or something looks off on your statement, email us. We'll sort it out fast — usually the same day.

Chargebacks

Please email us first before disputing a charge with your bank. Nine times out of ten we can resolve billing questions in a single reply — and it's faster than a chargeback for everyone involved.

How to request a refund

Email hello@daddiorobotics.net from the address on your account with the subject line “Refund request.” Include the date of the charge (if you have it). A real person replies, usually within one business day.
